Green Search is a modern recruitment company with a focus on high-level Swedish and international Executive Search.
Within our business areas, we have solid expertise that includes both understanding the needs of the business and the future development of the leader.
Our mission is not to fill an empty chair but to contribute to creating success and development through our experience and understanding. Good leaders and good governance are invaluable success factors for our clients. Formal competence and results are important, but what makes the difference is what we call culture fit.

Our success model is based on our great commitment to getting to know your company culture in order to identify, attract and evaluate the right person. If we know that the person has delivered fantastic results and has the right education and experience, it does not mean that the person will automatically do the same thing at the next company.
What matters is whether the person will fit into the company culture, be motivated by how you work, what you pay attention to, communicate, reward and develop.
The majority of our customers have hired us for many years and we see that as a good mark. Long and good collaborations also mean that we build up knowledge about the organization, which is invaluable for the next important recruitment.
