- Analysis and SearchRequirements analysis and review of culture fit. Initial mapping, initiation of the search, networking, ongoing interviews, and first background check.
- PresentationFirst presentation of candidates to the client. At this stage, Green Search also conducts tests, assessments, deep references, and extended background checks.
- MatchingFinal candidates meet with the client, often on several occasions. Careful matching for culture fit to make the final selection of the candidate.
- ContractThe final candidate signs the contract and offer with the client.

Allt över 50 innebär tillväxt och mars månad bjöd på ett inköpschefsindex (PMI) för eurozonen på 50,4 – det högsta på nio månader!
En liten men ändå tydlig vändning efter en period av dystra siffror.
Det kanske mest uppmuntrande är Tyskland.
Landet och Europas motor som under lång tid varit nere för räkning börjar äntligen visa livstecken igen, och när Tyskland rör på sig, brukar Europa följa efter. 🙂
Tjänstesektorn visar på styrka. Prisökningarna dämpas, framtidstron – om än försiktig – vaknar till liv.
Det är inte ett rus. Men det är en rörelse, ibland är det precis vad som behövs… en gnista, ett första steg ur sängen…

Visste ni att våffeldagen egentligen är en missförstådd kyrkohögtid?
Jungfru Marie bebådelsedag infaller alltid den 25 mars – dagen då ängeln Gabriel knackade på dörren och meddelade att Maria snart skulle bli mamma (utan att ha varit på date eller Tinder)
I folkmun kallades dagen för Vårfrudagen, vilket i vissa dialekter lät som tyska och Wafferdagen.
Voilà – våffeldagen var ett faktum!
Förr i tiden i Värmland och Dalsland ritade barn tranor och delade ut “tranbrev” som vårens budbärare på denna dag och släckte ljusen på kvällen – för tranan hade ju redan kommit med ljuset.
Så när vi sätter i oss en härlig våffla idag – tänk på Maria, tranan, våren och hur språkförbistringar kan leda till bokstvligen goda traditioner! 🙂
Havet bjöd på 2 grader kl 07.00 – kroppen skrek nej, men CrossFiten hade redan sagt ja. Solen gjorde sitt bästa för att värma oss . Kul men kallt… snart kaffe & croissant ! Happy friday 🫶
Våren är här !
“Ja visst gör det ont när knoppar brister.
Varför skulle annars våren tveka?”
I morse, på väg genom Kungsparken, såg jag en kaxig buske med sina första späda gröna skott. Ännu lite tveksamma, men absolut på väg – för visst är det något särskilt med den där första antydan till vår? De små, små ljusgröna skotten som börjar öppna sig.
Karin Boye skrev nog Inte bara om våren, utan om förändring. Att det gör ont, tar kraft, men att det också är enda vägen framåt. Lite som att bestämma sig för att faktiskt ta tag i något – fysiken/kroppen, byta jobb, drömmarna vi skjutit upp, gå den dör kursen, ringa den där gamla vännen igen…
Eller som en brittisk lord kanske skulle konstatera över sin whisky:
“One must either grow – or become terribly dull.”
Och det vore ju synd
